New Jersey’s Premier Annual Juried Show
Over the years, the Ellarslie Open has become a significant exhibition, drawing on the work of professional artists from the tri-state region and beyond, while encouraging and recognizing emerging artists. Today, the Ellarslie Open serves as New Jersey’s premier annual juried exhibit, with acceptance into the show being highly coveted by area artists. 2018 broke all records for submissions and accepted pieces. From these, the juror created a show with a remarkably diverse aesthetic, including styles from abstract expressionism to Delaware Valley impressionist landscapes to painterly detailed still lifes to Cubism and more.
