Office Manager

Trenton City Museum seeks candidates for Office Manager. The select candidate for this position must work independently and efficiently. The Office Manager must have experience with QuickBooks and exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position requires skills in correspondence, processing of transactions, phone etiquette, billing, membership management programs (PastPerfect), rerouting of emails to appropriate committees, ensuring that office supplies and other museum supplies are stocked, maintaining electronic and hard copy files, and assisting with events and other museum activities.

Trenton City Museum is located on the grounds of the historic Cadwalader Park in Trenton, NJ. The Trenton Museum Society is a non-profit organization that preserves, promotes and exhibits the diverse history, art, and culture of Trenton and the greater Trenton area.
