Pop-up Showcase Celebrating Black Dolls and Collectors

Saturday, April 6
1-3 p.m.
Trenton City Museum at Ellarslie

Admission is free, with donations gratefully welcomed

 

Registration is closed, as workshop is filled

Come to our pop-up doll showcase in celebration of Black Doll Collectors featuring Regina Thompson-Jenkins, Carol Drummond, Wanda McNeil, and Susan Lacy (showing the dolls from their mother Mrs. Elizabeth Lacy’s collection) and Bernice Gasaway, President of the United Federation of Doll Collectors.

  • See a variety of Black dolls, dolls of color on display from personal collections
  • Mix and mingle with Black doll collectors and feel free to bring a friend or family member or two
  • Bring your own favorite doll, of course!
  • Enjoy refreshments in the gracious, historic surroundings of Ellarslie Mansion and Cadwalader Park
  • Plenty of parking adjacent to the museum
