Recharge Body and Spirit

Yoga in the Museum

Sundays, 5-6 pm

Watch this space for an announcement of fall classes.

After a long week of work and chores, take a deep and profound breath to prepare for the week ahead. This Yoga class will recharge your body and energize your spirit.  A deep and rejuvenating physical workout in the beautiful setting of the Ellarslie Mansion will render you new again.

Instructor Melissa Kostecki will guide novices and experienced yoga practitioners through positions designed to increase strength and flexibility as well as reduce stress and foster mental calmness.

Melissa has been practicing yoga for ten years and teaching for six years. She earned her certificate in Vinyasa Yoga at The Prancing Peacock in Yardley, Pa.

She came to yoga at middle age when diagnosed with high blood pressure at the age of 48. Within 6 months her blood pressure was under control. While she came to yoga for the physical benefits she soon fell in love with the practice and incorporated all of the many facets of yoga into her life including the philosophy and spiritual aspects of the practice.

She believes yoga can improve how we cope with the daily stresses we face and also puts us on a path of ethical living and compassion for ourselves and others.

Single sessions $15, payable in advance or at the door.  Or call 609-989-3632
