How to Photograph Your Work

and submit digital images

with John Deitz

Saturday, July 23, 10 am – 12 pm

General Public – $75
Members  – $60

Ready? Set. Show!

This hands on workshop is designed with artists in mind.  Especially those just getting started on an art-making career,  those returning to making art after a hiatus, those trying to enter exhibits that ask for digital submissions, or those asking questions like these:

How do I photograph my work to show it off to best advantage? My artwork does not look right on my computer, why?  My artwork looks better on the computer screen, why?

Once I’ve taken the picture, how do I control for file size?

Bring your camera and your computer to practice what you learn.

Framing and Presentation

Demonstration and Hands-on Workshop

Learn how to select a mat, select a frame, cut a mat, measure for glass, finish an edge for works on canvas and more.

General Public – $75
Members  – $60

Both workshops – $130, Members $100
