Trenton, NJ —Capital Singers of Trenton presents “Lighter Fare” a concert to benefit the Trenton City Museum at Ellarslie. The concert will feature music of a variety of styles and time periods, and will be recorded live for the Capital Singers’ upcoming album “Legacy 2014”. This event is part of Capital Singers’ larger effort to partner with local organizations in the city of Trenton.
The Capital Singers of Trenton is a semi-professional group of talented volunteer singers under the leadership and direction of Richard M. Loatman. Capital Singers performs several concerts a year that are predominantly classical in nature and endeavor to enrich the cultural life of the greater Trenton area through song.
Lighter Fare will be performed at the Museum on May 4th at 4:00 pm. Tickets are available for $20.00 at the door or $15.00 in advance. Admission is free for children under 12. Seating is limited. Those with advance tickets will be seated first.
