The weekend event includes holiday sales in the festive atmosphere of the Trenton City Museum where patrons can browse for one of a kind gifts of high quality, hand-crafted jewelry, original art works, ornaments, clothing and accessories, Trenton memorabilia and antiques, and much more, all at reasonable prices. The museum store, Molly’s, the Shop at Ellarslie, is stocked with oodles of tasteful and unique holiday gift items for children and adults and is open not only during the boutique but also during regular museum hours throughout the holiday season.
Homemade holiday cookies made by Trenton Museum Society members are on sale as well as new, affordable, donated gifts at the always-popular re-gift table.
In addition to the boutique, patrons may enjoy the lovely second floor Victorian room, decorated for the season.
This long-running event supports the collection and programs of the Trenton Museum Society and showcases the talents of local artisans. The TMS goal is to have the boutique become a premiere holiday event featuring diverse and interesting art and crafts that will attract discriminating shoppers. The Trenton Museum Society encourages all Trenton area shoppers to join us in what promises to be a wonderful weekend.
Plenty of free parking is available in front of the museum in Cadwalader Park. A barrier-free, accessible entrance is located at the left end of the building.
